Hirons & Associates, Inc. (“HAI”) is a service-oriented business, committed to meeting the needs of our clients.  Steve Hirons, the current president, joined HAI in 1985 and has built it into a specialized professional services firm that maximizes the client’s return on their consulting investment dollar.  HAI offers its building componentization, appraisal, cost segregation, and asset management expertise to a variety of markets that our team is experienced in such as higher education, public and private sector entities, hospitality, healthcare institutions, not-for-profits, and more.
