Hirons & Associates, Inc. (“HAI”) is a service-oriented
business, committed to meeting the needs of our clients. Steve Hirons, the current president, joined HAI in
1985 and has built it into a specialized professional services firm that
maximizes the client’s return on their consulting investment
dollar. HAI offers its appraisal, cost
segregation, and asset management expertise to a variety of markets that our
team is experienced in such as public and private sector entities,
hospitality, healthcare institutions, not-for-profits, and more.

We
are able to succeed with our "service first" approach due, in part,
to the technology employed by us and effective use of software
databases. The highly-regarded
Marshall & Swift / Boeckh™ valuation package is one tool we use
while also providing the optimum degree of client customization through the
use of our proprietary Microsoft Access database programs and Microsoft Excel
spreadsheets. Using these popular
programs allows us to import/export data into just about any system our
clients work with. Through our depth
of experience, we have also worked with many different fixed asset
systems/modules that are on the market (e.g. Oracle, Peoplesoft, Best FAS,
etc.).
Although
there are consulting firms that are larger, we feel we are appropriately
sized to satisfy our clients. Every
client is an important client, regardless of project size or fee. That is a belief that is difficult to find
with larger consulting companies. HAI
prides itself on running an efficient operation and exceeding client
expectations without bloating up a project with unnecessary personnel and
costs. On very large engagements, when
additional help is warranted, HAI has used temporary personnel to assist in
appropriately staffing projects. By
capitalizing on the management skills of our experienced project managers, we
sincerely believe this approach allows us to deliver the highest level of
service and quality at affordable professional fees.
