Range of Experience
Mark is a Senior Manager with Hirons & Associates, Inc. ("HAI"). His extensive consulting experience spans twenty (20) years in the appraisal industry, and includes property appraisals of real and personal property, the development and implementation of complex capital asset management and depreciation solutions, and the review and implementation of capital asset management systems.
Mark's career includes ten (10) years as a Senior Appraiser/Project Manager and ten (10) years in business development/marketing. His current position is Senior Manager-Business Development handling the Central Region of the US Mark has significant experience in satisfying client needs in both capital asset management and property insurance areas. He has executed large engagements involving virtually all types of governmental and commercial properties, and has worked with risk pools, insurance brokers, insurance carriers, private companies and public entities on a variety of projects throughout North America. He has spoken at numerous regional and national conferences on property appraisal, GASB 34 compliance, and general capital asset management practices.
