Steve
Hirons is the President of Hirons & Associates, Inc. (“HAI”). Steve's
consulting expertise includes the development and implementation of complex
capital asset management and depreciation solutions for many higher education
institutions. These projects involved developing and maintaining a consulting
interface directly with clients, internal, external, and federal auditors and
other potential users of and contributors to his clients' capital asset management
systems to maximize a client's return on their consulting investment.
Steve is
responsible for the development of the “Room-By-Room Allocation” of
building costs for higher indirect cost maximization; completed building componentization
studies for 32 out of approximately 50 universities that have had the componentization
studies conducted.
