Steve Hirons formed Hirons & Associates in 1985. Since his arrival, the firm has become a leading Property Valuation services firm specializing in maximizing our client’s return on their consulting investment dollar.  Hirons & Associates offers its appraisal, cost segregation, and asset management expertise to a variety of markets that our team is experienced in such as public and private sector entities, hospitality, healthcare institutions, not-for-profits, and more.

At Hirons & Associates, we believe in client-centered solutions.  While most consulting firms offer the philosophy of “speed-quality-price, pick any two”, our team shares a philosophy of “speed-quality-price, deliver all three”.  Ultimately, the decision to outsource a project or use a professional services firm is heavily dependent on the individuals you will be working with.  With Hirons & Associates, you already know and trust the capabilities of the individuals you will be working with.

We are able to succeed with our “service first” approach due, in part, to the technology employed by us plus the effective use of software databases.  The highly-regarded Marshall & Swift / Boeckh™ valuation package is just one tool we use while also providing the optimum degree of client customization.  These programs allow us to import/export data into just about any system our clients use.  Through our depth of experience, we have also worked with many different fixed asset systems/modules that are on the market (e.g. Oracle, Peoplesoft, Best FAS, etc.).

Every client is an important client, regardless of project size or fee.  This belief is at the core of business philosophy. However, due to the overwhelming size of some companies, this philosophy can be difficult to find with larger consulting companies.  This difference is another reason why Hirons & Associates prides itself on running an efficient operation and exceeding client expectations.
